Senior cooperative officer Balvinder Singh Gill, who served as the Managing Director of Kota Central Cooperative Bank (KCCB) for nearly eight years, has been transferred and appointed as Additional Registrar (Banking) in the Rajasthan Cooperation Department.
Gill’s tenure is regarded as the longest by any Managing Director of Kota CCB since Independence. During his leadership, the bank witnessed notable progress across key operational and banking functions, earning recognition for improved performance and governance.
Known for his in-depth expertise in cooperative laws, Gill has extensive experience in both the Short-Term Cooperative Credit Structure (STCCS) and the Long-Term Cooperative Credit Structure (LTCCS). His administrative and banking experience has made him one of the state’s senior cooperative professionals.
