KRIBHCO Managing Director S.S. Yadav described OMIFCO’s transition into a Public Limited Company as a landmark milestone that opens a new chapter of growth, transparency and long-term value creation.
He joined Indian Ambassador to Oman Prashant Pishe, IFFCO Chairman Dileep Sanghani, OMIFCO CEO Dr. Ahmed Al Marhoobi and other dignitaries on the historic occasion. Yadav said the transition reflects OMIFCO’s strong institutional foundation and further strengthens its ability to build on its legacy of operational excellence and sustainable growth.
As Chairman of OMIFCO, he expressed confidence that the company would continue to deliver value to all stakeholders while reinforcing its strategic role in the fertiliser sector. He also said the development would further deepen the enduring economic and cooperative partnership between India and the Sultanate of Oman.
