Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) Chairman Dileep Sanghani participated in the board meeting of the Jordan Phosphate Mines Company (JPMC) in Amman, Jordan, where key discussions were held on strengthening fertilizer sector cooperation, global partnerships and issues concerning farmers’ interests.
Sharing details through a social media post, Sanghani said the meeting led to positive deliberations on important topics related to fertilizer security, agricultural development and international collaboration in the cooperative sector. He reaffirmed IFFCO’s commitment towards building a brighter future for farmers through cooperation and global partnerships.
During his visit, Sanghani also toured the Royal Automobile Museum, where he observed Jordan’s automobile heritage, historical collections and technological advancements.
The visit was accompanied by senior officials including IFFCO Managing Director K J Patel, ZIFCO Managing Director A P Tripathi and IPL Managing Director P S Gehlot. The interaction is expected to further deepen ties between Indian cooperative institutions and Jordan’s fertilizer industry.
