Bihar State Cooperative Bank Managing Director Manoj Kumar Singh, inspected the bank’s Darbhanga branch along with its E-Court and E-Stamp counters on Tuesday.
During the visit, Singh reviewed banking operations, digital services and customer facilities available at the branch.
He interacted with branch officials and assessed the functioning of e-court transaction services and e-stamp facilities, which are playing an increasingly important role in ensuring faster and more transparent public services.
The inspection focused on strengthening digital banking infrastructure and enhancing operational efficiency at the branch level.
Senior officials and staff members of the bank were present during the inspection.
