Bihar State Cooperative Bank (BSCB) has successfully migrated to the advanced Finacle 10.25 core banking platform, aligning its operations with leading commercial banks and marking a major step in its digital transformation journey.
The migration was completed seamlessly with zero migration balance, reflecting strong technical execution and data integrity. As part of the upgrade, the bank has introduced unique account numbers for all customers across the state, including District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs), ensuring uniformity and improved customer experience.
BSCB has also implemented standardization of General Ledger (GL) codes and Trial Balance, enhancing financial reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
In addition to the core banking upgrade, several new applications have been deployed and made functional, including Human Resource Management System (HRMS), Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solution, Loan Management System, GST module, and Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC).
This transformation is expected to strengthen governance, streamline operations, and enable the bank to deliver faster, more secure, and technology-driven banking services across Bihar’s cooperative network.
