Students from Ramachandran International Institute of Management visited the corporate office of Bharatiya Beej Sahakari Samiti Limited as part of a five-day training programme conducted by National Cooperative Development Corporation under its LINAC initiative.

The visit offered a first-hand look at the functioning of a national-level cooperative and its grassroots-driven model. Students gained insights into BBSSL’s role in strengthening the cooperative seed ecosystem and its strong focus on farmer-centric services.

An interactive session led by J. P. Singh, Head, Cooperative Services, and Paramvir Yadav, Lead, Institutional Sales, provided practical perspectives on cooperative governance, field operations, and strategies to enhance member participation.

The initiative successfully bridged the gap between academic concepts and real-world implementation, highlighting the growing importance of experiential learning in cooperative education.
