Amul has issued a warning about a scam circulating on WhatsApp and social media, where fake vouchers promising Rs 5,000 use the brand’s popular ‘Amul Girl’ image.
The company clarified that these vouchers are fraudulent and not authorized by Amul. The scam involves links that lead users to misleading websites.
Amul has blacklisted many such links and plans to take legal action against the perpetrators. Customers are advised not to click on suspicious links and to alert others if they receive such messages.
