According to media reports, the reliance retail, part of Munkesh Ambani’s business empire, will use former Amul MD R.S. Sodhi’s experience and skills to help the Isha Ambani led Reliance Retail grow further on the success of the grocery vertical in fruits and vegetables.
It is said Sodhi will also help in expanding Reliance’s footprint in the consumer brands segment.
It bears recalling that Sodhi resigned as the managing director of Amul in January this year.
