Amul will set up their largest state-of-the-art plant at Warangal, Gajwel with an investment of Rs 500 crore, media reports say.
The plant will process five lakh liters of milk per day and manufacture packed milk, curd, buttermilk, lassi, yogurt, paneer, sweets, among others.
Amul will also have its own bakery producing bread, biscuits, traditional sweets, and baked snacks.
Amul has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the govt of Telangana.
