Tribune reports the HP High Court has rejected the order of the Registrar, Co-Operative Societies appointing an Administrator to examine the affairs of Jogindra Central Co-Operative Bank, Solan by removing the chairman of the bank.
Chairman of the bank Vijay Thakur had filed a petition challenging the Registrar’s order.
The petitioner’s contention was that the registrar had exceeded his jurisdiction. The court rejected the contention made against the petitioner.
