Hitavada reports the Chhattisgarh govt will soon establish six new district cooperative banks in the state.
Briefing journalists about various cabinet decisions, Agriculture Minister Ravindra Choubey revealed the decision about opening cooperative banks.
The new district Cooperative Banks will be opened at Mahasamund, Baladabazaar, Balod, Bemetara, Janjgir and Surguja
Sources say the Chhatisgarh govt’s move deserves appreciation as it will further amplify the range of cooperative banking in Chhattisgarh.
