I am Flat owner in the Garden View Society, Royal Palms, I wish to participate in the elections, but the AO has released the list and my name does not appear in the list. I have all the documents where, official has addressed AO to include my name in the member list, but still my name is not mentioned in the list.
Now I have filled the form and the election officials are saying that your form will be rejected, just because my name is not in the list, though I am the owner of the flat.
Please find attached the letters from Deputy Registrar. Request for urgent help in the matter.

File an Election petition in Cooperative Court as provided under Election 78 To Committee Rules:
“Election disputes 78. Election disputes.—No election shall be called in question, except by an election petition presented to the Co-operative Court as laid down in section 91.”
