I have flat in Hyderabad which I have let out the society is collecting Maintenance charges from my tenants .when the society was formed they have taken membership fee & shares amount
Later on they decided to take corpus fund from all the owners but they have not informed me. Later on they have disconnected water & electricity to my flat due to my dues for corpus fund.
I have paid the entire amount of my corpus fund amount but the society people refuse to connect the water and electricity they are demanding penalty for the amount can they demand penalty for corpus fund which they never intimated and can they disconnect water and electricity.

You can make a complaint to District Consumer Court.
