What is the status of managing committee, if chairman resigned for the reason on working transparency of committee? Also the same is accepted by committee and appointed new chair person.

That is what happens in most cases and nothing wrong unless members of the society by a large majority expresses loss of confidence in the Committee. Committee can be dismissed in view of the latest Supreme Court Judgement of 19 3 2015 [(2015) 42 SCD 494
