KRIBHCO Managing Director S.S. Yadav chaired the first Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) of Oman India Fertiliser Company SAOG (OMIFCO) following the company’s public listing in July this year. Sharing his experience on social media, Yadav said he was delighted to chair the landmark meeting and congratulated the OMIFCO management for its strong financial performance.
He particularly praised the leadership of CEO Dr Ahmed Al Marhoubi for the company’s financial performance and for conducting the OGM in an effective manner. The development marks an important milestone for OMIFCO after it became a publicly listed company.
The event also highlighted the continuing association of India’s cooperative fertiliser sector with OMIFCO, with Yadav’s participation reflecting KRIBHCO’s role in the company’s leadership and operations.
