NACOF has reported revenue of Rs 2,456 crore and a net profit of Rs 14.89 crore for FY 2025-26, while declaring a 12% dividend for its member societies and setting its sights on international expansion. The figures were announced at the federation’s Annual General Meeting held in New Delhi on September 26.
The National Federation of Farmers’ Procurement, Processing & Retailing Cooperatives of India Ltd said the performance was achieved without government funding, underlining its focus on self-dependent business operations. The federation also continues to operate under the regulatory framework of the Central Registrar of Cooperative Societies.
Looking ahead, NACOF is exploring cooperative partnerships and business opportunities in Bangladesh, Iran, Russia and Chile, besides Dubai and other overseas markets. The federation plans to use its cooperative network to build business relationships abroad and create opportunities for Indian cooperatives.
At the same time, NACOF is inviting member cooperatives to identify new domestic and international business opportunities, including joint ventures, procurement, retail and new value-chain activities.
The federation has also indicated a shift towards action-oriented partnerships, with greater emphasis on converting agreements into actual business rather than allowing them to remain on paper.
NACOF, a multi-state cooperative society engaged in agricultural procurement, processing and distribution, operates 25 branches across India.
