Shivkrupa Cooperative Credit Society, one of Maharashtra’s leading cooperative credit institutions, has declared a 10% dividend on members’ share capital for the financial year 2025-26.
The announcement was made at the society’s 44th Annual General Meeting held recently at Shrimati Jankibai Krishna Madhvi Mangal Karyalaya in Airoli, Navi Mumbai. The meeting began with Ganesh Puja and prayers, following which all agenda items were unanimously approved by the members.
Founded 44 years ago, the society operates across Maharashtra with one administrative office, three regional offices, 13 divisions and 122 branches. It provides employment to 1,082 employees and 1,100 deposit collection representatives.
As of August 2026, the society reported deposits of Rs 3,499 crore and loans outstanding of Rs 2,676 crore, taking its total combined business to Rs 6,175 crore. It has also received 22 awards for its performance.
Founder-Chairman Gorakh Chavan said the society is targeting Rs 7,000 crore in combined business by March 2027 through various initiatives.
