NCUI’s Youth Co-op awareness Program concludes

The 2-Day Youth Cooperative Awareness Programme, organised by the National Centre for Cooperative Education (NCCE) of NCUI, concluded successfully on 21 August 2026, with participants gaining practical insights into cooperative entrepreneurship and management.

On the concluding day, Anurag, Deputy Director, NCUI, addressed participants on “Cooperative Entrepreneurship for Youth”, while S. Raghuvanshi, Assistant Director, NCUI, delivered a session on “From Idea to Impact- Building, Managing & Growing a Cooperative”.

As part of their assignments, participants presented innovative cooperative business ideas covering agriculture, dairy, organic products, solar energy, cooperative stores and other emerging sectors.

The presentations highlighted the participants’ understanding of how cooperative models can be used to create sustainable enterprises and employment opportunities.

The programme concluded with a Vote of Thanks by Ms. Dipti Yadav, Deputy Director, NCUI, who expressed gratitude to the resource persons and participants for their active participation and contributions.
