Official sources in Delhi have announced union food and civil supplies minister Ram Vilas Paswan will soon confer national awards on Haryana’s four cooperative sugar mills for their excellent performance bridging different activities during the crushing season 2013-14.
The award giving function will be held in Delhi said sources. The laurels annexing units include Shahabad, Karnal , Panipat and Assandh cooperative sugar mills.
Observers of the country’s cooperative scene have once again lavished praise on Haryana as the state where the cooperative movement flourishes without problems and selection of the state’s cooperatives for the national awards is a ringing confirmation of it.
