A cooperative leadership programme was unveiled in Dehradun on Saturday in which several cooperators from many states participated. It was inaugurated by the IFFCO Director and the newly elected Governing Council member of NCUI Pramod Kumar Singh.
NCUI’s flagship training institute Vamnicom was behind this show. Pune based Vamnicom is being headed by an IPS officer Sanjib Patjoshi and boasts of getting jobs to all its students through campus placement year after year.
Developed over the years on professional lines Vamnicom organizes long term to short term to capsule training programmes, tailor-made to suit the needs of the participants. According to Pramod Kumar Singh Face book post 
several Chairmen and Directors of District cooperative banks from the states of Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra and Rajasthan have taken part in this.
The Co-op leadership development programme was conducted in the Solitaire Plaza hotel By pass Dehradun.
