The inquiry committee set up by the agricultural Ministry to probe the charges in to lecturer appointment in NCUI has submitted its report to the Ministry.

Mr Anildo Majumdar, Joint Secretary (Seed) who was the investigative officer came to NCUI earlier to verify the papers.  Indiancooperative.com has earlier informed its readers that NCUI is under seize as many ministry officials camped at NCUI even on weekends.

The details of the submitted report  is yet not known  but according to unconfirmed sources Paramjyoti, the man behind the scam has escaped the wrath of authorities. His punishment–mere transfer to different location such as Pune!

Readers may be aware that Prime Minister Office (PMO) has asked explanation from Agricultural Ministry under which the NCUI functions. The matter relates to the appointment of 40 lecturers by NCCT for their training units located in different parts of the country.

The entire selection process, it was alleged , was a mockery as the NCCT has not published or declared the list of selected candidates but orders were dispatched to candidates directly.

It is also alleged that the candidates were pre-selected and a show of conducting interview was carried by the Director General and Secretary of National Council of Cooperative Training (NCCT).

NCUI leaders should be aware that letting the guilty go scot  free would set bad example.  Leave aside the chance of getting  arrested, you are saved even from losing your job in NCUI no matter what you do–is the massage traveling down the line.
