The President of National Cooperative Union of India and Rajya Sabha Member Chandra Pal Singh is likely to be discharged from All India Institute of Medical Sciences on Monday. He was admitted to AIIMS last Friday soon after attending the Nafed Board meeting.

Yadav had been feeling feverish for a long time with no apparent reason. He was down with fever also when he attended the NCUI Governing Council meeting in Rajkot, informed Biscoman Chairman Sunil Singh to Indian Cooperative.

Sunil however refused to give details. According to sources, a minor operation was conducted on Yadav and the complication has been removed.

Yadav’s admission to AIIMS was kept a closely guarded secret as many of the cooperators displayed ignorance when Indian cooperative talked to them. Ved Prakash Setia, President’s Secretary at NCUI said “yes, he has gone to AIIMS for getting his brother or somebody else checked-up.”

It was Bijender Singh, Yadav’s Man Friday and Sunil Singh who constantly remained at hospital till Chandra Pal recuperated.” I just went for a day to Vindhyachal as is customary with my family on the occasion of New Year. IYadavi ji returned to Delhi to take care of Chandra Palji”, said Sunil to this correspondent.

Chandra Pal was attended mostly by his family members which included his wife, son and younger brother. “His son stayed throughout the night taking care of his father”, added Sunil. He is being discharged today and you can ask him anything that you wish to, he said.

On the New Year eve NCUI President penned a piece for Indian Cooperative titled “Convert Challenges into Opportunities in 2016.”
