Sambasiva Rao has also greeted Oman India Fertilizer Company SAOC (OMIFCO), the joint venture company of Krishak Bharati Cooperative Limited (KRIBHCO), Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) and Oman Oil Company SAOC; on the completion of ten years of its commercial production.
It has been journey of tremendous cooperation between all shareholders. The company is performing very well and the stakeholders involved with it are highly satisfied with its performance, said Mr Rao in a press release sent to Indian Cooperative.

Kribhco MD felt the company has played significant role in meeting the fertilizer requirement of the country and KRIBHCO has been importing urea from OMIFCO under long term urea off take agreement, since commencement of commercial productions.
Company has become a symbol of India –Oman cooperation in the development of both nations and it will be able to pave a way for future projects between India-Oman in fertilizer and other sectors too, Rao underlined.
