On the auspicious occasion of Deepawali,I would like to extend my warm wishes to all of you. I hope that this festival of lights brightens up your lives and illuminates your hearts & minds with positivity.
I am delighted to share that IFFCO successfully organized the First National Cooperative Conference of the Country. It was the largest confluence of cooperators in India; millions of people across the globe joined the programme virtually. We were honored to have been blessed by the presence of Shri Amit Shahji, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs, who is also the first Minister of Cooperation, Government of India as our Chief Guest.
The Hon’ble Minister praised our efforts and recognized IFFCO Nano Urea Liquid as a game changer for the Agriculture sector.
Amidst the festivities, a void is created in IFFCO with the passing away of our visionary Chairman Shri Balvinder Singh Nakai. Shri Balvinder Singh Nakai’s life was a celebration of the cooperative spirit and empowerment of Farmers.
Let us all keep his spirit alive in our hearts, which will continue to inspire & guide us towards the path of hard work, success and growth. IFFCO achieved new heights this year, with its revolutionary Product IFFCO Nano Urea Liquid having received great response from the Farmers and Stakeholders around the globe. For this great achievement, I extend my heartiest congratulations to all the marketing staff for reaching out to farmers, Agronomists, Agro-scientists and R&D team at IFFCO Nano Biotechnology Research Centre (NBRC) at our Kalol plant who have worked diligently to ensure maximum yield and making it a huge success.
I am confident that these products will help the farmers grow immensely. As a farmer owned cooperative institution it has always been our sincere endeavor to do the best we can for the farmers of the country and this development is a step in that direction.
I must add that these initiatives are in line with the Hon’ble Prime Minister’s vision of doubling farmers income. I would also like to add that IFFCO is committed to the PM’s vision of “Sahkar se Samriddhi”. We now more than ever are dedicated to strengthening the cooperative movement across the country.
I am happy to mention that all our plants are doing well and all our joint ventures are also on the right track.
I pray to the almighty to keep us all safe during these unprecedented times and that soon the world shall be free of COVID-19 pandemic. I appeal to everyone to spend the festival with utmost care and be vaccinated.
On that note, I would again like to wish you all a very Happy & Prosperous Deepawali and would urge all of you to also observe a clean and green Deepawali.
