Dear Friends,
On the auspicious occasion of Diwali, I would like to extend my warm wishes to all of you. May the festival of lights brighten your lives with Happiness, Joy and Peace.
I’m glad to share that for the first time in the International Cooperation Alliance’s (ICA) 130-year history, the ICA General Assembly and Global Cooperative Conference will be hosted by India. IFFCO will host the conference in collaboration with 17 other ICA member organizations in New Delhi from November 25 to 30, 2024 at the Bharat Mandapam. The event will be organized under the guidance of the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India.
As we celebrate Diwali this year, I’m delighted to share IFFCO has been positively impacting the agriculture and Fertiliser & Co-operative sector globally as well as in the country by continuously bringing New Innovative technologies at the doorstep of the Indian farmers in form of Nano Fertilisers and Agri Drones.
IFFCO has been continuously working towards serving the Cooperatives & Farmers with an aim of doubling farmer’s income and is committed to the PM’s vision of “Sahkar se Samriddhi, Atmanirbhar Bharat & Atmanirbhar Krishi.”
I’m glad to share that to increase awareness and adoption of Nano fertilisers amongst the farming community, IFFCO brought in the concept of Nano Model Village/clusters project this year. This project includes spraying of Nano fertilisers and biostimulants via Kisan Drones by the rural entrepreneurs.
A total number of 202 Nano villages/ clusters have been selected in 21 states and 1.6 lakh bottles of Nano fertilizer have been sprayed over an area of 5000 acres through Agri drones. The aim is to demonstrate the benefits of IFFCO Nano fertilisers over conventional bulk fertilizers thus promoting sustainable agriculture.
I’m delighted that IFFCO achieved new heights this year, with its revolutionary Product IFFCO Nano Urea Plus Liquid having received great response from the Farmers and Stakeholders around the globe. We have sold 1.7 crore bottles of Nano fertilizer’s this year. I’m proud to share that we have exported over 7 lakh bottles of Nano Fertilizers to more than 34 countries. For this great achievement, I extend my heartiest congratulations to all of you for making it a huge success.
I am confident that these products will help the farmers grow immensely. As a farmer owned cooperative institution it has always been our sincere endeavour to do the best we can for the farmers of the country and this development is a step in that direction.
IFFCO will continue to work towards new Emerging Highly innovative technologies & ensuring Food Security across the Country by transforming lives of millions of farmers. May we all grow together and touch new heights of success in this coming year with our hard work and dedication.
