Mr Patel is one of the Directors on the Board of fertilizer cooperative Kribhco and it was on his insistence that the leaders from Delhi and other parts reached there.
Dr Chandra Pal Singh who is on the board of Kribhco also, besides being the President of NCUI, led the team that included several leaders including Biscomaun Chairman Sunil Singh and Kribhco MD.
From Gujarat almost all the top cooperative leaders including G H Amin, the vice-chairman of NCUI, Paresh Patel another member of Kribhco Board and others were present.
