Unabated violence in PACS election

BISCOMAN ELECTION ME VIJAY PRATAYASHI SUNIL SINGH AND JITENDAR SINGHThe news of violence in PACS elections continue to pour unabated. In the Maner PACS election near Patna two groups of people turned violent at each other.

A nukkad meeting by one of the candidates was taking place in Maner when the opposing party’s supporters attacked them. The two groups first argued but later turned violent with chairs and tables being flown at each other.

Stone-pelting and air-firing soon ensued leading to a scenario of mayhem in the town. Reports of violence have been reported from other parts of the state also exposing the claim of good-governance of the state government.

In Katihar the transport department is said to have seized several private vehicles in the name of PACS election. They do not pay us the tariff also, said a few taxi-owners of the town.

Earlier, in these columns we have exposed how a BDO was attacked with the aim of killing him. Meanwhile, several of the notable cooperators including Biscomaun Chairman Sunil Singh has won the election. Results are announced next day of the election.
