Harshvardhan-pati+NewMaharashtra cooperation minister Harshvardhan Patil seems to be in the soup. He is accused of swindling money of Dhule district central cooperative bank.

The anti-corruption bureau wants to probe the minister’s involvement in the scam. Sources say there have massive irregularities in the bank especially in respect of giving loans without security to scores of cooperative organizations.

The scam costing the bank Rs 144 crore poses a serious threat to its existence, add sources.

However, the cooperation minister has denied all allegations decrying a campaign of vilification being launched against him.

The bigger SCAM is with in the Ministry that all constitutionally due processes of law are with held with in Cooperation Department ever since the 97th Constituional Amendment was passed in December 2011. It is now nearlt three years and preparation by the Patil’s Ministry is such that the Committees having completed 5 year term have been indefinitely extended as agaisnt the allegation by Sharad Pawar in the Statement of Objects and Resons he has himself sined on 11th Nomver 2009 almost 5 years ago which contains statements that “Elections have been postponed indefinitely; nominated office bearers or administrators remaining in-charge for long;reducing the accountability of the Committee to their members.” Honourable Sharad Raojii, are you watching what your Sweet Home State UF Government up to.
