Karnataka State Souharda Federal Cooperative held a 7-day training program for the employees of Souharda Urban Cooperative Banks from 17th to 23rd June 2023 at Regional Institute of Cooperative Management, Padmanabhanagar, Bengaluru.
Addressing the program RBI General Manager Meenakshi Gad appreciated the training program and said the training program was on par with RBI’s training programs. She encouraged the participants to develop progressive thinking and emphasized the importance of women playing a leadership role in society, informs the press release issued by the organization.
KSSFCL President Nanjangouda expressed his happiness at the successful completion of the program. He encouraged the students to incorporate the lessons and lifestyle they learned in a 7-day training program to their professional life.
Najangouda emphasized the importance of cooperation and organization work, and called upon the students to become the backbone of the cooperative movement.
There was a general feeling that the training program was a high-tech affair which could be useful for participants. The participants should implement the lessons learned in their own lives.
Sharanagouda G Patil, MD, KSSFCL gave an introductory speech. There were 74 candidates from six Souharda Urban Cooperative who took this certificate course.
A panel discussion was organized under the chairmanship of G. Nanjangouda, President, KSSFCL. The resource persons included were Vishwanath C Hiremath, President, Vikas Souharda Urban Bank, Mohith Maski, President, SUCO Souharda Urban Bank, Amrith Joshi, Director, Vikas Souharda Urban Cooperative Bank, Dr Jayaprakash, Faculty, RICM.
Sharanagouda G Patil, MD, KSSFCL moderated the panel discussion. Addressing the valedictory program, G Nanjangouda, President, KSSFCL said that he was happy that the panel discussion was good and would help build up leadership, involvement of information technology, involvement of social media and the development of societies.
The valedictory programme was held on 23rd Friday 2023. Smt. Meenakshi Gad, General Manager, RBI inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp.
