Dear Friends,

I extend my warm and sincere wishes to you all for a joyful, happy and prosperous New Year 2026. As we welcome the dawn of the New Year, I convey my heartfelt greetings and best wishes to every member of the IFFCO family, our cooperative institutions, farmers, partners and associates across India and abroad. May the year ahead bring good health, peace, prosperity and renewed purpose to each one of you. I sincerely thank everyone for the significant accomplishments and achievements of the Society during the year 2025, which have further strengthened IFFCO’s foundation and global standing.

IFFCO’s journey has always been guided by continuity of purpose, strength of institutions and collective leadership. We have deep faith in the strength of our people and our cooperative ethos. Together, we will preserve IFFCO’s proud legacy while steadily advancing toward new frontiers of excellence.

Commendable work done by the Ministry of Cooperation, under the dynamic leadership of Hon’ble Shri Amit Shah Ji, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, and the far-sighted vision of “Sahakar se Samriddhi” of Shri Narendra Modi Ji, Hon’ble Prime Minister of India has greatly strengthened the co- operatives of our country. The unwavering support extended to the cooperative sector and the successful implementation of the International Year of Cooperatives – 2025 in India have reinforced the central role of cooperatives in national development. These initiatives empower institutions like IFFCO to serve farmers and communities with renewed strength and purpose.

The achievements of recent years reflect our organization’s deep-rooted commitment to farmer welfare, institutional integrity and national progress.

The year gone by has reaffirmed IFFCO’s leadership in delivering innovative, sustainable and farmer-centric solutions. The growing acceptance of IFFCO’s nano fertilisers and specialty fertiliser products is encouraging. Products such as DharAmrut Liquid and DharAmrut Gold Granules, which were recently launched in Bangalore, are backed by robust production systems, extensive research, and strong outreach efforts.

This demonstrates our determination to enhance nutrient-use efficiency, reduce cultivation costs, and safeguard the environment. This year, we also established an Innovation Hub at IFFCO-Nanoventions, Coimbatore; a dedicated centre for innovation and a step towards indigenisation in nanotechnology for the benefit of farmers. It is a matter of honour and pride for the entire IFFCO family that a nano fertiliser manufacturing plant, through IFFCO’s joint venture Nanoventions, will become operational in Brazil by June 2026. Friends, these initiatives are not merely technological advancements; they represent long-term investments in the resilience and prosperity of Indian agriculture. Experience has once again proven that when cooperation leads, prosperity follows.

Our manufacturing units across the country have consistently delivered safe, efficient and reliable performance, driven by disciplined operations and a culture of continuous improvement. Till 31st December, 2025; We have produced 36.86 Lakh MT of Urea, 32.67 Lakh MT of DAP/NPK/NP fertilisers which is a total of 69.53 Lakh MT of fertilisers from our manufacturing units. We have also produced 179.95 lakh bottles of Nano Urea Plus Liquid and 49.70 Lakh bottles of Nano DAP Liquid with a total of 229.65 lakh bottles of Nano Fertilisers from our Nano Fertilisers Units. I am particularly encouraged by our progress in energy conservation, resource efficiency and cost optimization, which strengthens operational resilience while supporting environmental responsibility. Combined with prudent financial management, these efforts position IFFCO for sustained profitability and stable growth, reinforcing confidence among our members and stakeholders.

Friends, our farmers are always at the heart of every decision we make. In 2026, we reaffirm our unwavering commitment to reducing input costs, improving productivity and protecting soil, seed, air and water. IFFCO’s Nano products represent a transformational, science-led and climate-smart approach to agriculture. In the coming year, we will intensify efforts to ensure that Nano Urea Plus, Nano DAP, Nano Zinc, Nano Copper and our expanding nano portfolio reach every farmer’s mind and field, supported by comprehensive field demonstrations, digital advisory services and strong last mile partnerships. Our focus will remain on trust building through performance, transparency and measurable outcomes.

As we advance toward Agriculture 2.0, IFFCO continues to integrate technology, artificial intelligence and data-driven solutions into mainstream plant operations and agricultural practices. Our direction is clear and unwavering: higher productivity with fewer inputs, resilient farms and improved farmer incomes. None of this would be possible without the dedication, integrity and professionalism of IFFCO’s engineers, scientists, agricultural experts, officers, employees, cooperative leaders backed by the support from board of directors of IFFCO. I extend my sincere appreciation to each one of you for your commitment, teamwork and sense of ownership. Your collective strength is the greatest assurance of IFFCO’s continued success. Our Associates are also doing well in India as well as Joint Ventures across the globe, indeed adding more value and strength to cooperatives.

As we move forward in 2026, IFFCO will continue to operate under the leadership and guidance of Shri Dileep Sanghani Ji, Chairman, and Board of IFFCO, with steadfast commitment to enhancing farmers’ income, promoting sustainable agricultural practices and reinforcing the cooperative movement fully aligned with the national vision of “Sahkar se Samriddhi, Atmanirbhar Bharat and Atmanirbhar Krishi.” This is in spirit of initiatives of self -reliant mission called as “The Swadeshi Mission”; a national movement to foster pride in Indian products and reduce dependence on imports.  With unity, discipline and innovation, we shall confidently navigate challenges and seize emerging opportunities.

Friends, I am glad to share that we celebrated a truly remarkable milestone of 25 glorious years of IFFCO Tokio General Insurance in 2025. A celebration for the partnership of IFFCO with Japan’s esteemed Tokio Marine Nichido Fire Insurance Company Ltd., which became a legacy for the welfare of rural India.

It is a moment of immense pride for the Indian cooperative movement that newly formed Sahkar Taxi Cooperative Ltd. has commenced the soft launch of “Bharat Taxi” in Delhi, with more than 51,000 drivers already on board. This is the world’s first national mobility cooperative, a historic model fully owned and driven by the drivers themselves. IFFCO feels deeply honoured to be associated with this inspiring new chapter in India’s cooperative journey.

Friends, transitions test institutions, but they also renew strength. I am confident that with our shared values, collective wisdom and cooperative spirit, we will convert every challenge into an opportunity and every effort into lasting success.

Let us continue this journey together with confidence, continuity and collective purpose. As we enter New Year 2026, let us reaffirm our commitment to excellence, service and innovation, while carrying forward the trust placed in IFFCO by millions of farmers and cooperative members.

I once again wish you and your families a Very Happy, Prosperous and Purposeful New Year 2026.
