In two notifications dated 3rd and 4th of August, the Ministry of Cooperation has notified the provisions of Multi-State Co-op Societies (Amend) Act, 2023 signed by the Special Secretary Vijay Kumar.
The Indian Cooperative legal team is studying the provisions to make it simple for its readers. The ramifications of the amended Act would be published shortly.
