Kerala state Youth Commission Chairman R.V.Rajesh has urged the state govt to hold exams through Public Service Commission for appointments to scores of boards working under the state cooperative department.
The youth commission has also asked the govt to ensure PSC appointments to various cooperative academia including Cooperative Academy of Professional Education.
Mr. Rajesh says the youth commission had recently received an appeal in this
regard. The youth commission chairman hoped that the govt would immediately take action and show its commitment to the principle of a fair and transparent recruitment of man power for the cooperative sector in the state.
Sources say if the youth commission’s demand were met, this would usher in a big change in the recruitment policy of the state cooperative department.
