Cooperative scamsters beware!

The state of Madhya Pradesh is considering to set up special court to try cooperative fraud cases on fast track basis.

The brilliant concept of cooperative often gets defeated due to some vested interest. Such people go on cheating common man in the name of cooperative. There are thousands of  pending cases against what is known as cooperative mafias.

The sad part is that these people go on doing the wrongful act in the hope that law would never catch them, given the snail’s pace of judicial procedure in the country.

But Madhya Pradesh Cooperative Minister Guari Shankar Bisen is determined to bring such wrong doers to books. He has assured of putting a proposal in the Cabinet for setting up Special court to try cases against cooperative organizations.

Such moves are laudable and let us hope that other states also follow in the footsteps of MP.
