Sahakar Bharati launches Abhyasa Varga to strengthen Co-ops in Kerala

Sahakar Bharati organized the Kerala Abhyasa Varga 2025 on October 11–12 in Ernakulam, Kerala, aiming to serve as a catalyst for revitalizing the cooperative movement in the state.

The two-day workshop brought together over 145 dedicated Karyakartas (workers) from across Kerala, providing them with an opportunity to deepen their understanding of cooperative principles and strengthen their roles in advancing the cooperative sector.

The workshop commenced with an inspiring inauguration by Chief Justice (Retd.) P.N. Ravichandra, National Organizing Secretary Sanjay Pachpor and Dakshina Kshetriya Pracharak Harikrishnan of RSS. Their presence underscored the significance of the event in promoting the cooperative ethos.

A notable highlight was the release of the “Karyakarta Handbook” by Sanjay G. Pachpor, providing participants with a comprehensive guide to their roles and responsibilities.

Over the course of the workshop, participants engaged in in-depth discussions on various topics, including Karyakarta Vikas (worker development), Sahakar Bharati Ideology, Cooperative Policies, and Departmental Responsibilities.

These sessions were designed to equip Karyakartas with the knowledge and skills necessary to contribute effectively to the cooperative movement. The interactive format encouraged active participation and the sharing of experiences, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

The valedictory session was marked by insightful guidance from Sanjay Pachpor, who emphasized the importance of collective vision and dedication in advancing the cooperative sector. His address reinforced the commitment to building a cooperative society based on mutual cooperation and shared prosperity.

The event was further graced by the presence of State President Karunakaran Nambiar, General Secretary Rajasekharan K, and other dignitaries, highlighting the collective support for the cooperative movement.

By empowering Karyakartas with the necessary tools and knowledge, the workshop reinforced the commitment to building a cooperative society based on mutual cooperation and shared prosperity. The event not only strengthened the spirit of cooperation among participants but also paved the way for greater achievements in the future.
