Sahakar Bharati holds Conference in Haryana

Sahakar Bharati leaders including its Patron Satish Marathe and President Jyotindrabhai Mehta are keeping their noses to the grindstone touring various states, attending co-operative conferences, meeting ministers and petitioning the govt on demonetization.

This weekend the two leaders were in Chandigarh attending Sahakar Bharati’s Haryana State Conference. Jyotindrabhai Mehta wrote on his FB wall” Sahakar Bharti second Adhivetion of Punjab at Chandigarh. Great Success”.

Several senior RSS and Sahakar Bharati leaders were present on the occasion. It included senior pracharak Prem Goyalji, Vijay Devanganji, Swarnsingh Garcha, Sushil Kaushal and others.

Last week more than a dozen senior leaders of Sahakar Bharati had met union minister Radha Mohan Singh in the presence of the Central Registrar and NCUI officials. The issue was inclusion of the Sahakar Bharati model of leadership in NCCT courses.

Readers would recall Radha Mohan had made an announcement about including Sahakar Bharati’s model of leadership in the course-material of cooperative trainings conducted by NCUI through NCCT. NCCT runs more than 20 co-op training centres across states in the country; Singh had disclosed this while speaking on the occasion of Late Shri Laxmanrao Inamdar’s centenary celebrations in Delhi.

Later Marathe attended the board meeting of Delhi Federation of Urban Banks in Delhi. A social media enthusiast Marathe wrote on his FB wall” At the invitation of Sh Laxmi Dass, Chairman, Delhi State Federation of Urban CoOp Banks Ltd addressed today noon the Board Meeting of Delhi Federation of Urban Banks.”
