Rana Randhir Singh, the newly appointed cooperative minister in Nitish cabinet in Bihar sounded positive while meeting the cooperators of the state on Tuesday. Randhir was invited to Biscomaun headquarters near Gandhi Maidan by the Chairman and his team members.
Referring to the successful cooperative movement in other parts of the country especially Gujarat and Maharashtra the Minister wondered why it cannot be replicated in Bihar. He raised several soul searching questions and exhorted the assembled cooperators to gird up.
Randhir in his address said the cooperative movement has to reach out to the last man of the state and sought everybody’s help in making it a huge success in the state. Besides the Board members of the marketing cooperative
federation, several senior cooperators were present on the occasion. “The felicitation took place in my chamber but the swelling crowds spilled over to galleries, added Biscomaun Chairman.
Rana Randhir Singh also assured that he is not vindictive at all and in fact praised Biscomaun for doing a good job so far as ensuring urea at a reasonable rate to farmers of the state are concerned.
“It was on my request that the Minister had come; we wanted to felicitate him on his appointment” said seasoned cooperator Sunil Singh who is said to be master at the art of bridging bridges with even arch enemies.
Thanking the minister profusely Biscomaun Chairman reminded his fellow cooperators that the cooperative movement is above caste, creed and politics. It is for farmers and we are able to help them with the help of IFFCO and its MD Dr U S Awasthi.
Biscomaun was dolled up on the occasion to receive the new Minister. Sunil assured Randhir of Biscomaun’s continued efforts to help the farmers of the state.
बिहार सरकार के युवा सहकारिता मंत्री माननीय राणा रणधीर जी विस्कोमान पटना में आयोजित अभिनन्दन समारोह में बिहार सहकारी आन्दोलन महाराष्ट एवं गुजरात माँडल बनाने का संकल्प व्यक्त किये है। राज्य के विकास में युवा शक्ति का संकल्प प्रशंसनीय है।सहकारी आन्दोलन में जुड़े नेतायो,पदाधिकारियों एव कर्मचाररियोंं के लिए गुरूत्तर दायित्व के साथ लम्बे अन्तराल के बााद बिहार में आज यह सुनहला अवसर मिला है। युवा जोश में संकल्पित इक्षा शक्ति के साथ सहकारी सिद्धान्तों पर (राजनीतीक एंव आर्थिक दवावों से सहकारिता को मुक्त कर ) सहयोग से बिहार के सहकारी आन्दोलन को राष्ट्रीय माँडल बनाया जा सकता है। यह एक सुखद संयोग ही है कि आज बिहार के शिर्ष सहकारी संस्थाओं में युवा नेतृत्व सहकारी सिद्धान्तों के अनुरूप सर्व शक्तिमान सिद्ध हो रहे है।आज विस्कोमान द्वारा बिना सरकारी पूँजी या अनुदान को सम्पूर्ण बिहार में किसानों को नियंत्रित मूल्य पर उर्वरकों की आपूर्ती इफको एवं कृभकों को सौजन्य से (Cooperation among them-self) के सहकारी सिद्धांतों पर की जा रही है।
“सहकारिता की प्रमाणिकता उपभोक्तायों को ऩियंत्रित मूल्य पर गुणवतापूर्ण आवश्यक उपभोक्ता वस्तुओं की आपूर्ती,उनके उत्पादित खादान्नों की लाभकारी या न्यून्यतम् समर्थन मूल्यों पर बिक्री सुनिश्चत कर अथवा हिस्सेदार सदस्यों को उनके जमा हिस्सा पुँजी पर अधिकत्म लाभांष पारदर्शी प्रबंधन पद्धति से वितरित कर प्रमाणित/सिद्ध की जी सकती है।
