KSSFCL organizes co-op training from state to taluk level

Opening a two day ‘Managerial Excellence Course’ Arun Kumar S.N Member of Karnataka Co-operative Appellate Tribunal underscored the importance of proper loaning and proper documentation in the context of recovery of loans of cooperatives.

Kumar noted that such training programs would generate awareness in the board of directors. He felt that more and more cooperative bodies should come forward to organize such training programmes.

In his remarks on this occasion, Prasad Reddy Joint Registrar of Co-Operative Society and chairperson of the Karnataka State Souharda Federal Co-Operative Ltd Bangalore said that by organizing such training programs Karnataka State Souharda Federal Co-Operative Ltd Bangalore was playing an important role in promoting co-operatives in the state, he said.

Presiding over the proceedings, G Nanjegowda, President of Karnataka State Souharda Federal Co-Operative said it was the 1st function of the year 2023-24 when KSSFCL arranged training programs for all kinds of Souharda co-operatives from state level to taluk level, informs a press release.

A R Prasanna Kumar, Vice President of Karnataka State Souharda Federal Co-Operative Ltd Bangalore was the Chief Guest on this occasion.

Sharana Gouda G Patil Managing Director of Karnataka State Souharda Federal Co-Operative Ltd Bangalore delivered the interdictory speech on the Occasion.

Several prominent people like Yeshwanth Dongre Vice Chancellor Chanakya University, S A Sidhanti, Corporate Trainer, Smt Meenakshi Kandimath, Corporate Trainer, Dr. R V Harish Corporate Trainer, Dr. Nandeesh Hiremath Corporate Trainer, Y V Gundu Rao Ex AGM of Nabard also spoke on the occasion.

Forty-seven people who participated in the program were greatly impressed by the outcome of the program. They wanted such programs to be held as frequently as possible. In their view, such activities would help the cooperative movement grow faster.
