Cooperators celebrates 70th I-Day with gusto

Reports of cooperators celebrating the 70th Independence Day with enthusiasm are pouring in from several parts of the country. From small to big-all co-operatives have participated in the great national festival on Monday.

Union Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh participated in a Tricolor Rally organized by volunteers in Turkaulia, Bihar. Singh also garlanded the Gandhi Statue.

Union Minister for Fertilizer Ananth Kumar also unfurled the Indian Flag on the occasion of Independence Day form his residence in Delhi.

NAFSCOB Chairman Dileepbhai Sanghani hosted the national flag together with school girl students in Gujarat and shared photographs on his facebook.

IFFCO MD Dr U S Awasthi hoisted the tricolor in Gurugram in its Township along with the staff members and their families. The celebrations also witnessed cultural activities. IFFCO also showcased farmers in Noida as reported earlier in these columns.

Dehradun based District cooperative bank Chairman Dr K.S.Rana hoisted the national flag at the corporate office.

Rana posted photographs on social media and wrote “On the occasion of Independence Day, hoisted the national flag at the district cooperative bank headquarter. Happy Independence to all”. The bank employees participated in the flag hoisting ceremony and sang the national anthem.

Pradeshik Cooperative Federation Chairman and IFFCO’s Director Aditya Yadav hoisted the national flag in S.S.Memorial College, Safai, UP.

NAFED Government nominee Ashok Thakur participated in a tricolor rally along with the government schools children in Sarai Pepal Thala, Adarsh Nagar in Delhi.
