Angry chairman blames Minister and Shahi

“I respect the court verdict but try to understand the reason of activism by the state government in the court”, said Biscomaun chairman Sunil Singh in the wake of the verdict which stayed the Central Registrar’s order granting status of multi state cooperative society to the apex marketing cooperative federation.

Elaborating Singh said the Bihar State Cooperation Minister Jai Kumar Singh occupied five rooms of Biscomaun Guesthouse when his son was in trouble and we sent him notice for the recovery of Rs 3.18 lakh incurred on his stay which obviously he did not like,” said Sunil Singh about Jai Kumar Singh whose son allegedly attempted to kill himself at Scindia School recently.

“I respect the court’s verdict and plan to go nowhere in appeal. I would like to see what job the state government fetches for Biscomaun as it was dying to have Biscoamaun with it” said Biscomaun chairman Sunil Singh sarcastically.

I would also like the state government to clear dues of Rs 100 crores owed to the employees of Biscomaun. Clarifying he added that from 1988 to 2003 the Board was superseded and the state govt accumulated payment due to the employees to the tune of Rs 100 crore.

Vinay Shahi , his detractor entered a caveat in the apex court thinking Sunil’s his next move would be to knock the door of Supreme Court.  Talking to Indian Cooperative Sunil Singh said that he will not go anywhere against the HC order.

Referring to Vinay Shahi, Singh said he is a habitual intervener and from small vyapar mandal to national-level election his job is to oppose me. But he should not forget that Biscomaun election took place in the year 2012 after the matter went to Division Bench six times and to the apex court three times. I respect the Court but I am not tense, Singh said almost consoling himself.

Forget the Biscomaun election, we would first like to sort out the matter for once and all, Singh added.

To the Court observation that the Board of Directors approached this Court directly, and not through the Managing Director of the Society; with a prayer for directing the Central Government to register the Society under Section 103 of the Multi State Cooperative Societies Act, Sunil repeated I do not what to comment but tell me who is bigger –board or MD?
