I as the secretary of society had demanded election in the society to registrar (Vasai). An authorized office was appointed by the registrar for election. I met the officer and also gave letter to conduct the election through secret ballot.
But after the 20 days of first order another order issued by registrar without my knowledge. Even I was not intimated for second order and till now did not receive any cancellation order of first order.
So as per the second order without informing me, the authorized person by giving power of attorney to his husband made election process, As society comes under D Type. Society has total 101 members and election process done only by 10 members.
Authorized person(second order ) was using bad words for me.
1) Is it lawful to make two orders within 20 days without my knowledge?
2) Can an election process get handled by taking 10 society members?
Time and again I have intimated registrar about this incident , neither registrar cancelled the second nor intimated me to be available in election process done by second order.
Even first order is in progress then how an election has taken place on the second order.

For Secret Ballot in D Type Societies General Body has to pass a Resolution to that effect. So if you do that and submit a certified copy of the Resolution it will be difficult for Election Authority to adopt shortcut.
