The resident welfare society is registered under West Bengal Society Registration act 1961. In the AGM of Society the post of President & treasure remained vacant as no nomination came. It will be very helpful if you please guide regarding fill up the vacancies. By laws of society is silent.
Whether it will be wise to fill up the same in the Executive committee by co opting from EC members or if no one agrees than from the members of the society or by other means?
