Myself from Nagpur, I have taken flat in layout consisting of 7 building out of which in 4 building possession is completed. Builder has failed to register society. We have initiated the process for society; can we form common hsg society, if yes by which act/law

4 Buildings can register 4 societies or one society also.
In respect of forming wing wise cooperative housing Societies having many wings,the State Government has issued a circular of following reference:
