I have just one question about the authenticity of a multi-state co-op society called ALRSV multi state coop society in New Delhi.
I am planning to buy a property from them. They are telling that they have a piece of land in Dwarka which is in some individual’s name. They assure of getting it transferred in the society name.
Please guide me how to verify what they are telling.

Please do not put your money in such societies. They are frauds. They buy an agriculture land of 500 – 1000 sq yds and start calming that the land has been issued to them and they can build houses on them. All these people were employed in similar society called HAGP. Now they have closed HAGP and started a new society. They may have land but not in the name of the society. Please do not put your money in such societies, They cheated me of 31,000/- and 1800 other people. Now they have closed HAGP.

1. without land pulling policy these society start a construction or not…?
2. if society have land in l-zone he is eligible to construct buildings without going land pulling policy…?
3. any of these society have land in l-zone..?
