My father had borrowed a loan amount of Rs 70000.00 in 1994 for house construction from UP AVAS SANGH ( UP HOUSE BUILDING AND FINANCE CORPORATION LTD) though GAJRAULA SAHAKARI AVAS SAMITI LTD. This sahakari samiti is not in services since long. Avas sangh is also helpless for giving details about this society. I have paid total loan amount of avas sangh in march -2014. but Avas sangh is still insisting me to pay the sahakari samiti commission while the samiti ( society) is not in service. In this regard I want to know , if sahakari samiti is not in service then why this amount is being charged from us. sir if there is any solution to waive off this commission amount please suggest me. I shall be very obliged to you.
