I am secretary of my society.
Ref. to the matter as per present circular of Registrar co op societies, we can charge Rs. 50000.00 (up to) transfer premium from the seller member of the society.
My question is
1- can we charge extra amount from a purchaser or transferee as law says Can’t charge from transferor or seller.
2. As the transferee is not a member when we are charging the amount , can he challenge in office of law.
Kindly clear our doubts and oblige.

At the time of transfer the transferee is not liable to pay anything to society except entrance fee as fixed under Bye Laws.
