I stay in Mumbai. I refer to your article in Indian Cooperative ‘New State Coop E.C. confuses further!’ dated 2-12-2014.
You have referred circular issued by SCEA dated 29-11-2014 in the said article. I have tried to get the circular online on various web sites of Govt. of Maharashtra but could not get it. I have also written emails to comscea.pune@maharashtra.gov.in & secscea.pune@maharashtra.gov.in to send me copy or upload it on their website but till today no response after repeated reminders.
May I request you if you have soft copy of the said circular dated 29-11-2014 on clarifying several doubts of housing societies going to election please send me by reply email.

There was a news paper report and i also could not get despite trying hard.
On below mentioned website we have several circulars dt. 29-11/2014, district-wise. Unfortunately as I cannot understand Marathi well I opt for the available English version. Again, random check of circulars for any area, text is in Marathi. Do not know if this is of any assistance.
