I want to know that what are the government schemes to bring cooperative banks back in main stream which are on the verge of collapse….and it is not allocating funds to those 16 banks of Uttar Pradesh?

These are political decisions by the concerned State Government. RBI’s role does not include making schemes to bail out cooperative banks.
