I have a flat in Ahmedabad. The building has has one tower, eleven floors and 44 flats, of equal size.
the MC has decided to charge different maintenance charges for self occupied and rented flats. Initially the percentage was less. Now they are demanding 25 % per month for rented properties.
What are the remedies available to the affected owners who have given our property on rent.
