M Ward Konkan Bhavan. The Special General Body Meeting has taken decision to remove the Redeveloper appointed by the society if he does not comply with the requirement within time frame prescribed. The Redeveloper fail to comply with the terms and conditions set out by the SGM. The Chairman /Secretary despite decision of the SGM fail to take action. What is the remedy available to the members. Some members suspect vigilance angle. How do we proceed.
