We 14 persons residing in Kolkata are willing to form a cooperative society with an objective to establish a publication house for publishing various types of books and periodicals. Kindly let me know whether it is possible to do that as per the extant provisions of the West Bengal Cooperative Act, 2006 & the West Bengal Cooperative Societies Rules, 2011
If so, what type of cooperative society it will be since the WBCS Act & WBCS Rules are silent on this?
